Todd Brown is a results-driven leader with over two decades of experience in branded program management and strategic operations within the hospitality and tech sectors. His career highlights a proven ability to lead teams, drive scalable growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.  

Most recently, as Regional Director of Catering Program for Restaurant Associates at Google (2017-2024), Todd developed strategic plans, training programs, and performance metrics for Google's global catering program. He led its significant expansion across the Americas, achieving a 450% volume increase and earning multiple company awards.  

Prior to Google, Todd spent 15 years (2002-2017) in various leadership roles with Hilton, including positions at the Waldorf Astoria New York, Hilton Chicago, and leading an opening team for the Waldorf Astoria Orlando. His tenure at Hilton involved driving revenue growth, enhancing team expertise, expanding market reach, and managing large-scale catering and event operations.  

Todd holds a B.S. in Restaurant, Hotel, and Institutional Management from Purdue University and is fluent in English and Spanish.
